Mindfullness Facilitator
Cass Hale, 400YTT
Cass comes to us as a first responder spouse, friend and volunteer who learned through body movement, meditation and mindset how to heal her body and soul from generational and life trauma. She now shares this knowledge as a trauma informed yoga instructor, breathwork guide and mindfulness facilitator.
She has extensive knowledge in yoga practice, teaching and body movement that is fundamentally inclusive to wherever you are in your body or mind journey. She has been practicing yoga for eight years and teaching for five. In her healing journey she sought out amazing networks and programs to learn her true calling as a healer. After spending a month at an Ashram in Northern BC her journey to healing her trauma was exponentially transformed.
In the years since, Cass has become a master in her mindfulness practices. She has never been one to rock with the status quo and has sought out healing practices from all different walks including embracing her own indigenous culture. The healing of her own generational trauma through embracing her culture and gifting her children with strong foundational structure and teachings has uniquely exposed her to seeing the results of her hard fought healing journey in her children, who are the first step out of that generational cycle.
As REgen's Mindfulness Facilitator, she aims to support Frontline Workers through inclusive, trauma-informed practices that strengthen and heal Canada's frontlines.
