OUR MISSION
Educate. Support. REgenerate.
REgen was born out of the meditations of a firefighter. What does a firefighter meditate about, you might ask?
Â
A firefighter sees red, a blaze, everything in its path reduced to ashes. But if you stop looking there, you won't see the regrowth. The beauty that emerges from the ashes. The REgeneration. It’s science: a forest must burn to regenerate and thrive.
 So if you feel like your world is burning down, hold on and lean in.
From the ashes the possibilities are endless.Â
Â
At REgen, we work for positive, sustainable change, in and out of the uniform, by identifying personal gaps through training and peer support. Using proactive and reactive approaches, we aim to educate and tear down strongholds and stigmas. We started with the simple idea of bringing our lived experiences and education to you to help change the frontline narrative-
to help professionals reclaim and regenerate their lives.
Â
We put lots of love, research, and energy into developing tools and cultivating a team that is ready to serve you so that you can thrive in every facet of your life.
Come #REgenwithus;
Cultivating PROACTIVE resilience. Providing REACTIVE support.
